Our Process

When we take on a new client, we think of it as the beginning of a long-term business relationship.
We begin the relationship by arranging a meeting (usually at the client's location) with one of our
principals. This meeting allows us to present Ballyhoo's offerings in a personal setting, and gives
our potential clients an opportunity to discuss their project with our staff. We do not employ
full-time sales or account management staff, so you will be dealing directly with a design or
programming specialist.
Following the initial meeting, we usually take about one week to prepare a detailed
contract/proposal and submit any required design samples or technical specifications. Once the
contract has been executed, the relationship can take many directions, depending on the nature of
the project at hand, and the goals and capabilities of the client's organization. Whatever the
situation, we make every attmept to maintain a collaborative working environment, where the
client's opinions and ideas are incorporated into the process at every level.
Very few of our client relationships have consisted of just a single website design and a
hosting arrangement. Most of our relationships begin at this level, and then grow into a more
active partnership as the client incorporates web and internet technology into more aspects of
their business - this is especially true of our larger clients, and those working in technical
industries.
Each case is unique, and we are usually able to satisfy our clients' needs for discretion without
compromising the quality of our services.
We are a full service Web Presence Provider, offering original web site design, hosting, and
promotion services. We believe in the efficiency and satisfactory outputs at a reasonable price
that could accelerate the growth of our clients' businesses through modern and effective
technologies. Simply put, that means we handle everything to get your business up - and to keep
it up - on the Internet.
